Stoberry Lettings will endeavour to secure you a rental property that matches your criteria and is within your budget. We will arrange viewings and our staff will be happy to advise on all aspects of the rental process. We can provide you with information on the local area including schools, shops and other facilities.
If you choose to take the tenancy on one of our properties you will be required to complete an application form and pay an application fee. This fee covers the cost of referencing and it also acts as a holding fee to reserve the property for you.
We can also help you with ancillary services such as specialized tenant's insurances.
If we do not have the property that you want immediately, or you are planning to take a rental property in the future, register online and you will receive details of any new suitable properties coming onto our books.
